Sosyal hesap bağlantısı
- Editör AI'da bir projenin Hazır ekranında Paylaş → ilgili hesabın yanındaki "Kaldır". Erişim anahtarı hemen silinir, bekleyen gönderiler iptal olur.
- Instagram'dan: Ayarlar → Web siteleri ve uygulamalar → Üretim Okulu → Kaldır.
- Google'dan: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Tüm hesap ve veriler
Kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@bexef.com adresine "Verilerimi sil" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. 30 gün içinde hesabınız, videolarınız, metinleriniz ve bağlantılarınız silinir ve size onay e-postası gelir. Yasal olarak saklamamız gereken ödeme kayıtları bunun dışındadır.

Delete Your Data

You can remove connected accounts or have all of your data deleted at any time.
Connected social accounts
- In Editör AI, open a finished project → Share → "Remove" next to the account. The access token is deleted immediately and pending posts are cancelled.
- From Instagram: Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites → Üretim Okulu → Remove.
- From Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Your account and all data
Email info@bexef.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my data". Within 30 days your account, videos, transcripts and connections are deleted and you receive a confirmation email. Payment records we are legally required to keep are excluded.
