Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap: ad, e-posta, şifre (şifrelenmiş olarak) ve satın alma kayıtları. Ödemeler Stripe üzerinden alınır, kart bilgileriniz bizde tutulmaz.
- Editör AI: yüklediğiniz video ve ses dosyaları, bunlardan çıkarılan metin dökümü, düzenlenmiş videolar ve proje ayarları.
- Bağlı sosyal hesaplar (yalnızca siz bağlarsanız): YouTube kanal adı ve kimliği, Instagram kullanıcı adı ve kimliği, bu platformların verdiği erişim anahtarları, planladığınız gönderilerin başlığı, açıklaması ve yayın zamanı.
Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz
- Videolarınızı işlemek, düzenlemek ve size teslim etmek için.
- Siz "Paylaş" dediğinizde, seçtiğiniz videoyu seçtiğiniz hesaba, seçtiğiniz zamanda yüklemek için. Sizin açık işleminiz olmadan hiçbir hesaba gönderi yapmayız.
- Bağlı hesabınızın adını ekranda göstermek için.
- Verilerinizi satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız ve yapay zekâ modeli eğitmek için kullanmayız.
Google ve YouTube verileri
- YouTube hesabınızı bağladığınızda yalnızca video yükleme (youtube.upload) ve kanal adını okuma (youtube.readonly) izni isteriz.
- Üretim Okulu'nun Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve başka bir uygulamaya aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) şartları dahil Google API Services User Data Policy'ye (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy) uyar.
- Bu özellik YouTube API Hizmetlerini kullanır. Kullandığınızda YouTube Hizmet Şartları'nı (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) kabul etmiş olursunuz. Google Gizlilik Politikası: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Erişimi istediğiniz zaman sitemizdeki "Kaldır" düğmesiyle ya da Google hesap ayarlarınızdan (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) geri alabilirsiniz.
Instagram ve Meta verileri
- Instagram hesabınızı bağladığınızda yalnızca temel profil bilgisi (instagram_business_basic) ve içerik yayınlama (instagram_business_content_publish) izni isteriz.
- Erişimi sitemizden ya da Instagram'da Ayarlar → Web siteleri ve uygulamalar bölümünden kaldırabilirsiniz.
Hizmet sağlayıcılarımız
Verileriniz yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için şu sağlayıcılarda işlenir: Lovable Cloud ve Supabase (site ve veritabanı), Cloudflare R2 ve Amazon Web Services (dosya depolama ve video işleme), ElevenLabs (konuşmanın metne çevrilmesi), Anthropic (düzenleme planı), Stripe (ödeme), Google/YouTube ve Meta/Instagram (yalnızca siz paylaştığınızda). Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı yurt dışındadır.
Saklama ve silme
- Ham yüklemeler 30 gün sonra otomatik olarak silinir. Projeler ve düzenlenmiş videolar siz silene ya da hesabınızı kapatana kadar saklanır.
- Sosyal hesap erişim anahtarları şifreli saklanır ve bağlantıyı kaldırdığınızda hemen silinir.

Haklarınız
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve taşınmasını isteme hakkınız vardır. info@bexef.com adresine yazmanız yeterlidir. 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.
Çerezler
Yalnızca oturumunuzu açık tutmak için gerekli çerezleri kullanırız. Reklam çerezi kullanmayız.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı değiştirirsek tarihini güncelleriz. Önemli değişiklikleri e-postayla bildiririz.

Privacy Policy

Üretim Okulu (uretimokulu.com) is a brand of BEXEF Media Consulting LLC, which is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Data we collect
- Account: name, email, password (hashed) and purchase records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card details.
- Editör AI: the video and audio files you upload, transcripts generated from them, edited videos and project settings.
- Connected social accounts (only if you connect them): YouTube channel name and ID, Instagram username and ID, the access tokens these platforms issue, and the title, description and publish time of the posts you schedule.
How we use data
- To process, edit and deliver your videos.
- When you choose "Share", to upload the video you selected to the account you selected at the time you selected. We never post to any account without your explicit action.
- To show the name of your connected account on screen.
- We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Google and YouTube data
- When you connect YouTube we request only permission to upload videos (youtube.upload) and to read your channel name (youtube.readonly).
- Üretim Okulu's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
- This feature uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- You can revoke access at any time with the "Remove" button on our site or in your Google account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Instagram and Meta data
- When you connect Instagram we request only basic profile access (instagram_business_basic) and content publishing (instagram_business_content_publish).
- You can remove access on our site or in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites.
Service providers
Your data is processed only to provide the service, by: Lovable Cloud and Supabase (site and database), Cloudflare R2 and Amazon Web Services (storage and video processing), ElevenLabs (speech-to-text), Anthropic (edit planning), Stripe (payments), Google/YouTube and Meta/Instagram (only when you share). Some of these providers are located outside Turkey.
Retention and deletion
- Raw uploads are deleted automatically after 30 days. Projects and edited videos are kept until you delete them or close your account.
- Social account tokens are stored encrypted and deleted immediately when you disconnect.

Your rights
Under KVKK and GDPR you may request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its processing. Email info@bexef.com; we reply within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above and notify you of material changes by email.
